Rebecca Toetz is originally from Madison, WI where she grew up, went to college, and also taught elementary school. Her husband, Mathew, is a network engineer in the area. Rebecca and Mathew are blessed with two grown children. Their oldest, Alison, is a Veterinarian in Waukesha, WI and their youngest, Jacob, is a Software Engineer in Milwaukee, WI.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She holds a Masters of Arts in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and an Administration license from Viterbo. She also has earned a doctorate from Cardinal Stritch in the area of Educational Leadership along with the Superintendent license.
Dr. Toetz has taught elementary education for over sixteen years in various districts that include the Madison Metropolitan School District and the Sparta Area School District, and has served as a Principal for six years in the Milwaukee area, including the Kettle Moraine School District. She most recently has worked as the DeForest Area School District’s Director of Instruction.
Rebecca is most excited about being able to serve and connect with Norski’s on a deeper level than in her previous role. District residents have pride in their schools (Norski Pride) and that is evidenced in words and actions throughout the entire community. Rebecca looks forward to continuing the support of that work.
